The Reed Elsevier PLC Board consists of a balance of executive and non-executive directors. The three executive directors are: Erik Engstrom, our Chief Executive Officer, Mark Armour, our Chief Financial Officer and Andrew Prozes.

The seven independent non-executive directors working alongside them are: Anthony Habgood (Chairman), Mark Elliott, Lisa Hook, Robert Polet, David Reid, Lord Sharman and Ben van der Veer.
