Floating Bahrain Bay

BAHRAIN Bay will use MIPIM to promote its $2.5bn landmark waterfront community to the Asian market.
Bob Vincent, CEO of Bahrain Bay, said: “We are confident that Bahrain Bay’s vision will be of interest to forward thinking developers and investors.”
Positioned off the north-eastern shore of Bahrain’s capital, Manama, the project encompasses residential, commercial and retail spaces. The complex is anchored by three developments: Bahrain’s only Four Seasons Hotel, Raffles City Bahrain and the new HQ building for Arcapita, which is the lead investor in the project.
