Leading teams and managing others 

Managing is a tough job and we want our new managers to succeed at it.

This is a LexisNexis programme designed to give our new managers a clear idea of what is expected of them and the right tools and support to succeed in their first year in management.

Participants are given the chance to develop and apply skills in adaptive leadership, coaching and performance management. They also learn about their specific legal and policy responsibilities, depending on their role and location.

An important strength of this programme is that it is led by highly experienced external facilitators who challenge participants to think in new ways about themselves and about how they can lead and encourage their teams to get the best results.
